I am a hobbyist and I have a question about the purchase of goods "old".

I bought a cabinet said the 700, complete with a written statement of the seller. I did then see my restorer but expresses no doubts about it being the 700, but the price I paid for the purchase, since according to him at different points in the cabinet is rebuilt and this means a big decrease of its value. Can I return the goods and ask for the money back? If yes, on what grounds?

If the property you purchased was actually the period stated by the seller (700) and in the document that you have been issued are not explicitly guaranteed the integrity of the cabinet and the absence of intervention (which is not to exclude them), discourage the exercise of any civil action.
